After moving to the U.S. in high school, Martha earned a B.A. from Cumberland University and an M.A. from Belmont University, setting the foundation for an illustrious real estate career.

Over the past decade, Martha has collaborated with Nashville’s most prominent developers, playing a key role in the transformation of the city’s skyline. Notably, she helped pioneer The Gulch, Nashville’s iconic urban neighborhood, through her work on the area’s first residential high-rise. Also a pivotal member of Compass Development’s inaugural sales team in Nashville, Martha's expertise in new developments and overseeing each phase of the construction provides a wealth of resources to her clients.
