"My boyfriend and I started working with Martha Montiel-Lewis just a few months into the pandemic in 2020. We were moving out of our downtown Nashville loft, and wanted to not only sell that space, but find a new space with a yard for our dog. Though none of us are native Nashvillians, we all have lived in and around the city for many years - a point that was critical when we were looking for new homes - we wanted to see certain areas, but we also wanted to be surprised. Martha did not let us down. We started looking for new homes at the end of August and had moved in by the beginning of October. Martha made the showings so easy - we knew what we would be getting with each option, and she found answers to all of our many questions. When you're in the process of looking for a home, you've got a thousand things on your mind and we were paranoid about missing something critical. We didn't need to worry with Martha.
